Three people were injured early Tuesday morning on I-135 north of Hesston after a two vehicle accident.
Taken to Via-Cristi St. Francis Regional Medical Center was 58-year-old Richard Lynn Conquest and his passenger, 54-year-old Angela Durst, both of Moundridge. Taken to the Newton Medical Center was Jeremy Glenn Scoggins of Kirbyville, Texas.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Conquest was northbound on the interstate, while Scoggins was southbound in the left hand lane. Conquest lost control of his vehicle, crossed the median and causing Scoggins vehicle to strike the drivers side of Conquest vehicle.
The accident occurring around 7:50 a-m, Tuesday morning about 2-miles north of Hesston in Harvey County.
