Randall Allen, the Executive Director, Kansas Association of Counties is scheduled to be the speaker Monday at the Monthly Rotary Club meeting.
The Kansas Association of Counties, is an organization of 103 member counties which provides legislative representation of county interests at the Kansas Legislature as well as various educational and member inquiry services to counties and county officials.
Randall assumed the position in April, 1996. Before that, he served for seven years as the first City Administrator in Marshfield, Wisconsin and held various positions in city government in Sedgwick County, including Budget Director and Assistant County Manager.
A native of Dodge City, he received Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Political Science from Wichita State University.
