SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 34-year-old man faces potential charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, felony interference with law enforcement, possession of stolen property and an illegal tag. The arrest coming late Sunday evening.
Jerry L. Mahan is jailed on a bond of $81,850 on the charges after he was arrested by South Hutchinson Police.
He’s alleged to have had a bag of meth, weighing approximately 378 grams, according to statements made in court.
He should be back next week for the formal reading of charges.
