HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 22-year-old Hutchinson man who apparently had a warrant in another case is in more trouble after a Hutchinson Police Officer recognized him and attempted to make a traffic stop in the area of Dillon’s at 4th & Pershing.
Justin Dean Pisoni stopped the vehicle he was driving, but then ran leading to a foot chase with officers. He was eventually tackled by an officer and taken into custody.
After they made the arrest, they found him to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Pisoni apparently had warrant through Hutchinson Municipal Court for failing to report to set up house arrest for a conviction of driving while suspended.
Potential charges include possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement and another charge of driving while suspended.
His bond is set at $9,250 and unless he makes that bond, he should make a first appearance in court Wednesday morning.
