HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Police Traffic Bureau is seeking the public’s help in learning the where whereabouts of 33-year-old Daniel S. Chitwood. He stands 5-11, weighs 170 pounds, has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
He’s a person of interest in the hit and run of Connie’s IDK Eatery at 1228 E 4th. This occurred on June 25, 2015.
