BUHLER, Kan. – The Buhler USD 313 school board will hold an executive session to go over where cost savings could be recognized during tonight’s agenda session. The board will meet to see if any savings can be found for the next school year in the wake of changes in state spending for education.
Superintendent Mike Berblinger could not say what was on the list since the matter would be discussed in executive session but did anticipate some of the ideas will go forward. The board will also discuss but take no action on the sale of the Obee and Prosperity Elementary Schools as well as get a construction update for the district bond project.
Tonight’s meeting of the Buhler USD 313 school board begins at 6p.m. at the school district offices at 406 W. 7th in Buhler.
