HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Interviews are expected to begin this week as Hutchinson Community College 
continues its search for a new Athletic Director.
According to human resources Director Brooks Manthooth, seven candidates are being called in to interview with the hope of having the field whittled down to three soon. Mantooth says getting a replacement named by the end of May is a little ambitious, but the school still hopes to have the new AD in place by the start of the summer.
The school is looking to replace Randy Stange who is leaving HCC to take the AD’s job in the Springfield Missouri school system.
