HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The 19-year-old Hutchinson man arrested on July 15 for suspicion of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana, criminal restraint and no driver’s license is expected back in court Tuesday for the reading of formal charges.
The victim, 18-year-old Jason Harden, alleges that Frederick Lemons Jr. and two other men robbed him during the altercation, but apparently Lemons was the only one arrested in association with the actual robbery.
Lemons is jailed with a bond of $45,600.
