Storms are expected to develop late Wednesday afternoon over west-central Kansas and track quickly east and southeast Wednesday night. Golfball size hail and 70 mph winds will be possible with the stronger storms as they sweep across the area.

Wednesday… Mostly sunny. A 20 percent chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Windy. Highs 80 to 85. South winds 20 to 30 mph. Gusts up to 40 mph in the afternoon.
