The Kansas Lottery’s new $10 Charger Cash instant scratch game launched Wednesday, offering players a chance to win up to 75-thousand dollars cash instantly by playing the game.
Plus, players with non-winning tickets may enter them into a second-chance drawing for a chance to win a hot new 2014 Dodge Charger in a drawing at this year’s Kansas State Fair!
Together with initial fees and income tax withholding taxes on the prize, which are paid by the Lottery, the 2014 Dodge Charger grand prize is valued at approximately $64,000.
For a chance to win the car, players should fill out the back of non-winning $10 Charger Cash tickets and mail them to this address:

The deadline for mailed entries to be received is the morning mail pickup in Topeka on September 9, 2014. No later than 5 p.m. September 9, players may also deposit entries into any receptacle specially designated for this drawing by the Lottery, including the receptacle at the Lottery office in Topeka.
Charger Cash tickets will also be sold and entries may also be submitted at the Kansas Lottery’s State Fair selling location September 5-14. The drawing will take place at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson shortly after 6 p.m. September 14.
*There are two top prizes of $75,000 in the Charger Cash game, plus six $10,000 prizes and fifty $1,000 prizes. Thousands of other prizes range from $500 to $10.
