The potential for very large hail is increasing for all areas…especially this evening & overnight. Areas at greatest risk for hail as large as tennis balls are indicated. A couple tornadoes are also possible across extreme South-Central & Southeast Kansas this evening. On Thursday…the greatest risk of severe thunderstorms…capable of hail as large as golfballs…would shift east over Southeast Kansas. Thunderstorms are also possible for most of the remaining areas…a few of which may be severe with quarter-sized hail possible.
