A Hutchinson man entered into a plea agreement over a series of auto burglaries.
Dylan Barber was charged with five counts of auto burglary, two counts of misdemeanor theft, criminal use of a financial card and criminal damage. But he entered “guilty” pleas to all of the auto burglary counts while the state dropped all the other charges. All of the crimes occurring on November 14, 2013.
The plea was entered in front of Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen, however sentencing will be on April 25, in front of Judge Tim Chambers.
