The preliminary hearing for a man accused of felony charges as a result of an accident that injured a McPherson teacher has been continued from February 6, to February 28. That according McPherson County Attorney David Page.
Page filed charges against Davis, regarding the crash which severely injured Mija Stockman and also injured Pamela Pjesky on December 20, 2013. He’s charged with two counts of aggravated battery, both felonies and one count of DUI, a class B misdemeanor.
Again the hearing has been moved to February 28, at the McPherson County Courthouse.
