Wednesday Weather

Another round of low temperatures on Thursday morning which will help bring wind chill values to -10 to -20 degrees across most of eastern Kansas. Make sure to bundle up if you plan on heading outdoors with plenty of layers. There is a chance for some light snow mainly along the Kansas and Oklahoma border counties but less than an inch of accumulation is expected. Morning wind chills will be a factor again on Friday. A better chance of snow will occur on Friday with 1-2 inches of accumulation in some areas. Don’t forget to bring your pets indoors or minimize their outdoor exposure especially during the overnight and early morning hours the next couple of days.
