MCPHERSON, Kan. — Back on June 5, officers with the McPherson Police Department took a burglary report from the owners of CK Pharmacy, located at 200 N. Main St. in McPherson. The owners provided a list of stolen prescription medications in various strengths. They reported more than 2,000 pills stolen and a total loss of $6,577.94.
This past Monday, officers from the McPherson Police Department, the Inman Police Department and the McPherson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 200 block of North Locust in Inman.
They also conducted a search of a residence located in the 500 block of Anna in McPherson on the same day. Law enforcement collected clothing and other items used in the burglary and 1,210 pills.
Thirty-one-year-old Micah Dennett from McPherson was arrested. He is jailed for suspicion of burglary, theft, criminal damage to property, and unlawful distribution of controlled substances within a 1,000 feet of a school.
Also arrested was 33-year-old Adley Feltman from Inman. She faces potential charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, theft, criminal damage to property, unlawful distribution of a controlled substances within a 1,000 feet of a school, possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
It will be up to the McPherson County Attorney to decide what formal charges will be filed.
