A 26-year-old Hutchinson man arrested after disturbance call back in February is scheduled for court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing for the charges against him.
Tony Gonzalez Jr., is charged with aggravated assault, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement.
The case starts against when police were called to the home in the 700 block of East 7th. Matthew Nickerson reported that he had been threatened with a knife at that location. Police arrived and after the investigation, Gonzalez was arrested and taken to jail.
The hearing Wednesday is scheduled in front of Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen, however as always, the hearing is subject to a possible continuance.
