The Kansas Underground Salt Museum, an underground attraction located in Kansas, announced today the unveiling of their new logo and has adopted the destination identifier, “Strataca.” Kansas Underground Salt Museum will remain the legal byline. In addition, a new website has been launched to provide a fresh direction incorporating Strataca’s new face.
The name “Strataca” is a suitable description for a subterranean adventure 650 feet beneath the earth’s surface. The Strataca rebrand is designed to generate awareness with new visitors and strengthen relationships with the attraction’s existing patrons.
“We feel the name Strataca embodies the essence of this beautiful, dynamic and awe-inspiring
underground space that is more than a museum, a classroom or a common tourist attraction,” said Executive Director Linda Schmitt. “There is a bright future in store for Strataca as we continue to create unrivaled visitor experiences and develop new and unique offerings.”
The marketing strategy and development of the rebrand was executed by Jajo, based in Wichita. New website features will continue to emerge over the summer months
