HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 25-year-old man continues to get into more trouble with the state as a new complaint has been filed against him.
Zachary Thompson is now charged in a new case for fleeing, or attempting to elude, a South Hutchinson Police officer back on April 17.
He was arrested in the 800 block of West Blanchard for the felony flee and elude, felony interference of a law enforcement officer, driving with an expired registration and also having a felony warrant. However, the state only charged him with the first two counts.

With him being charged in this latest case, it will move to a waiver-status docket on May 18.
He also has another case pending in front of Judge Tim Chambers.
