HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 52-year-old Wichita man who was arrested on suspicion of distributing drugs here in Hutchinson is scheduled to hear any formal charges Tuesday.
Douglas Buck faces potential charges including possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, no tax stamp and disorderly conduct — domestic violence.
Police responded to a Hutchinson home back on March 31 on the report of a 911 hangup. They could then hear arguing inside the home. They made contact with Buck and allegedly located a Skoal can that allegedly contained three packs of cocaine and some cash on him as well.
Bond in the case is set at $8,000.
