HUTCHINSON, Kan. — It’s been nearly a week since a local Dillons store was robbed and we have not heard of any arrest thus far.
The robbery occurred last Friday morning at the Dillons Store at 14th & Main.
A white man walked into the store around 11 a.m. and said he had a weapon inside his waistband and demanded money. The man then left the store heading west on foot.
As we told you previously, the suspect is believed to be 5’08” to 5’10” tall wearing a light blue hat possible a beret, yellow or lime green colored shirt, tan jacket, dark blue colored jeans or dockers, with cowboy boots or dress type shoes.
The robbery forced a nearby middle school into lock down as a precaution.
