HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The four suspects for the Kwik Shop robbery and a local burglary case are scheduled to be back before a judge on Tuesday.
Eighteen-year-old Dakota Ney, 19-year-old Karl Koenig, 20-year-old Kurt Koenig and 19-year-old Drake Lindsay face possible charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.
Detectives of the Hutchinson Police Department executed two search warrants in reference to the robbery at the Kwik Shop on Jan. 27 and a burglary at south side Smoke Shop back on Feb. 1.
The female clerk was severely beaten by the suspects during the robbery.
Bonds in the case were set at $125,000 for each defendant.
