A 33-year-old Hutchinson man is facing charges of aggravated battery and driving while intoxicated after a female passenger was injured after she apparently fell off his motorcycle.
Matthew Mendoza is free on bond after his arrest around 11:20 p-m Sunday evening. His passenger was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of her injuries after she fell off his motorcycle in the 800 block of East 17th. That being 28-year-old Jennifer Diaz.
With him free on bond, Mendoza will make an appearance in court later this week.
