HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A man accused of two counts of stalking and six counts of violations of a protection from abuse order in a domestic case was before Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen Wednesday morning where he was read the charges in two cases.
Joseph Marshall is accused in one case with stalking going back to Oct. 27 and five counts of violation of the PFA on various dates in October and November.
In the most recent case, he’s charged with another count of stalking and another count of violation of the PFA going back to Dec. 7.
He is free on bond and told of going through a divorce in court. His cases will move to waiver-status docket next month.
