TOPEKA, Kan. – It didn’t take long for the Kansas Court of Appeals to make a decision in a Reno County criminal case.
It was back in November when the Kansas Appeals Court held hearings here in Hutchinson and one of those cases was for 34-year-old Roberto Rincon. He was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Judge Trish Rose after being convicted for manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of ephedrine and lithium metal and anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a gun charge. That case goes back to March 21, 2012.
The Appeals Court in a ruling Wednesday affirmed the conviction and sentence in the case against him.
