HUTCHINSON, Kan. — IdeaTek Telcom announced Wednesday the expansion of its team to fill two newly-created strategic positions. The new hires bring expertise in their areas from tenure at reputable companies in Reno County, and will work to increase IdeaTek’s fiber optic footprint in central Kansas.
Jade Piros de Carvalho joins IdeaTek to lead the sales and marketing strategy for the company. In this role, she’ll focus on customer growth in new communities and further enhancement of the service experience for IdeaTek’s existing subscriber base.
Prior to joining IdeaTek, Piros de Carvalho held the position of President of LogicMaze Marketing and Marketing Director for the Hutch News. She currently serves as Mayor for the City of Hutchinson and is active in several community organizations, including President-elect of the Hutchinson Rotary Club.
“Jade is a key addition to IdeaTek as she offers a missing set of talent our company needs to continue to grow,” notes IdeaTek Chief Innovation Officer Daniel Friesen. “We appreciate and will continue to support Jade’s dedication to and involvement in the Reno County community.”
Also joining IdeaTek is Ryan McAninch, whose emphasis will be in the area of operations strategy. McAninch will focus on continued expansion of IdeaTek’s Gigabit fiber network in new communities in central Kansas.
McAninch comes to IdeaTek from Siemens Wind Energy, where he held the position of Operations Group Lead. He is also a past small business owner.
“Ryan’s skillset and passion for service, quality and project management is just what we need as we continue to grow our company,” notes IdeaTek Chief Executive Officer Jerrod Reimer.
