HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Four finalists are being interviewed this afternoon for the vacant GM position of the Kansas State Fair.
The Board met into the early afternoon to hear year-end reports before going into executive session. The four finalists were picked from 28 applications that were received over the past month. The executive session is expected to last until late this evening, at which time no action will be taken. The board has tentatively planned to meet in a conference call on Thursday to further discuss the matter.
The Fair is looking to replace Denny Stoecklein, who resigned earlier this year.
