HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 30-year-old man arrested after domestic disturbance call back on Oct. 25.
Joshua Schneithorst has been formally charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within a thousand feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, battery, domestic violence and criminal damage to property.
He allegedly pushed the victim then broke glass out of a door.
He was found in the basement of the home in the 300 block of West 12th. When they made contact with him, they allegedly discovered the marijuana in plain sight. The marijuana was apparently in six different bags.
He’s free on bond and his case moves to a waiver-status docket on Dec. 2.
