A 49-year-old Hutchinson man was arrested Wednesday evening for threatening two people with a pair of scissors.
Police report that Jose Vasquez of 428 East Sherman threatened 46-year-old David Smith and 27-year-old Brittany Dunn, both of 417 East “B.” Neither were injured in the incident.
Vasquez was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, public intoxication and consumption in certain places where alcohol is prohibited.
He’s jailed on a bond of 5-thousand, 200-dollars after the incident which occurred around 11:45 p-m., Wednesday evening.
