HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 32-year-old Wichita man accused in a methamphetamine distribution case here in Reno County is scheduled for a pretrial hearing Friday.
Michael Guthrie is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package a controlled substance, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and no drug tax stamp.
The hearing Friday is in front of District Judge Tim Chambers.
He was one of four in a vehicle that was stopped by police at 4th & Lorraine back on Jan. 26, 2014.
He remains jailed on a $75,000 bond and the case will now be placed on a future trial docket.
