HUTCHINSON, Kan. – One of five teens accused of threatening to shoot students at Hutchinson High policelights.jpgSchool is back in juvenile detention.

Police report that 16-year-old Takoda Bowman was taken into custody on suspicion of criminal threat. Police say Bowman went into the Bogey’s restaurant and made the threats around 12:45 Thursday afternoon. Bowman and the other four teens involved in the original case were recently released from custody after they were arrested in May on charges of solicitation to commit first-degree murder. The five are accused of planning the mass killing at the school through text and social media. The five have maintained their innocence, saying it was all a joke and would never carry out such a plan.

Bowman and four other teens await trial in the original case. No date for the trial has been set.
