HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 32-year-old Wichita man accused in a methamphetamine distribution case here in Reno County entered “not guilty” pleas Monday.
Michael Guthrie is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package a controlled substance, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and no drug tax stamp. He was arraigned on the charges Monday in front of District Judge Tim Chambers.
He was one of four in a vehicle which was stopped by police at 4th & Lorraine back on Jan. 26, 2014.
He remains jailed on a $75,000 bond and the case will now be placed on a future trial docket.
