WICHITA, Kan. – Pixius Communications, headquartered in Wichita, announced Tuesday that the company has re-branded its managed services technology unit after completing the acquisition of Lowen IT in Hutchinson earlier this month.
Officials say that the new brand, PixPro Elite Force, is a scalable managed services technology brand that outsources the technology needs of businesses from large global organizations to mid-sized companies and even start-ups.
This acquisition has helped Pixius, long-known as an Internet services company serving households and businesses throughout Kansas and Missouri, become one of the largest technology outsourcing companies serving Hutchinson and the rest of south central Kansas.
PixPro will continue to maintain a presence in Hutchinson and Wichita, with plans to move into other markets so it can better serve its customers locally.
PixPro’s go-to market strategies cover four key areas, including IT departmental support, whether it’s fully outsourced or supporting current staff, CIO/CTO outsourcing for strategic planning and counseling, supplementary technical staffing and all things cloud. PixPro can help a customer navigate all cloud related obstacles and eliminate cloud confusion.

The brand was previously called PAO, short for Pixius Advantage Outsourcing. Pixius acquired Advantage Outsourcing in 2013.
PAO traditionally focused on providing augmented support to large organizations. PixPro Elite Force will expand upon this business strategy by providing outsourced technology services to the region’s business community, even if they don’t currently utilize Pixius services.
