HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 24-year-old man jailed early Friday on three felony charges did not appear in court as expected.
Jose M. Reyes-Flores was arrested for suspicion of aggravated battery and two counts of aggravated assault after he allegedly threatened two residents with a handgun. He is also alleged to have battered a Hutchinson woman during that same altercation.
All this occurring around 1:30 a.m., Friday morning at an apartment in the unit block of East 10th.
Reyes-Flores bond is set at $15,000 and unless he manages to post that bond, he should make an appearance in court Monday.
