HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 36-year-old Hutchinson man waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered guilty pleas in two drug cases.
Ulysses Williams Jr. plead guilty to an amended complaint of possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. One of the possession counts was amended and removed the charge that Williams was trying to sell drugs within 1000 feet of a school.
Williams was arrested after he was pulled over in the 300 block of East Sherman in October of last year. He also faced charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia in the second case.
Sentencing in the case is set for June 26.
