HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The next Chamber of Commerce breakfast will feature the developers from RockStep Capital, the new 
owners of the Hutchinson Mall.
Andy Weiner, President and Founder, will share his company’s vision for the Hutchinson Mall. The Mall was part of a RockStep acquisition of several Midwest mall properties which was finalized in September.
Weiner started Weiner Development Corporation in 1996. He has built and developed over 3 million square feet of shopping centers throughout the United States. Prior to founding RockStep Capital, Weiner served as Vice President of Operations for Weiner Stores, a chain of 159 family clothing stores with locations in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
