McPHERSON, Kan.— McPherson County Authorities have released more information in the discovery of a man found on a rural road near Galva Saturday.
According to Det. Doug Anderson of the McPherson County Sheriff’s department, the man has been identified as 39-year-old James Croft of Portland, Ore. Anderson says Croft was living in McPherson at the time of his death, but could not say where or under what circumstances. Croft was found by a Galva fireman who was driving by, on Mochassin Road, one mile north of Galva.
An autopsy has been performed, but results cannot be released at this time. Anderson says they have interviewed three persons of interest, and that the K.B.I. investigation continues.
