BUHLER, Kan.— Fire swept through a pole barn in northern Reno County last night destroying its entire contents.
According to Reno County 911, the fire was reported just after 8 p.m. in the 7500 block of East 108th Avenue, or about two miles northwest of Buhler. Buhler volunteer fire and Hutchinson fire crews responded to put the fire out. Some crews remained on the scene throughout the night and into this morning. The barn was a total loss which includes a large amount of hay and farm machinery. No dollar amount of loss was given and the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
There were no injuries.
