SYLVIA, Kan. — Three people were hospitalized after a rear-end collision on Wednesday afternoon in Stafford County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1988 Mazda pickup driven by Dale R. Eisenhour, 53, Stafford, was making a left turn on Southeast 140th Ave. four miles west of Sylvia and was rear ended by a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Roberto Z. Reyes-Alvarado, 19, St. John.
Reyes-Alvarado and a passenger in the Pontiac, Marsena Irvine, 16, St. John, were transported to Stafford County Hospital. Eisenhour was transported to Wesley Medical Center.
The KHP reported all were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
