HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Fire crews responded to the 200 block of West Avenue E for a structure fire at 2:40 
this morning.
Upon arrival, units found heavy fire coming from the front of the residence.The fire was controlled in 30 minutes. Units were on scene for three hours. The structure was severely damaged with the roof dropping down and a wall bowing out in part of the structure. The house is valued at $10,500 and considered a complete loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. The residence was boarded up and appeared vacant. No one was around at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
