NICKERSON, Kan.— The Nickerson USD 309 School Board will give consideration to appointing a new Assistant 
Principal, and pay raises to classified staff during tonight’s regular meeting. The board will take action to hire Brad Kelly as Assistant Principal. He replaces Rick Blosser, who was named Principal of the high school last month.
Also tonight, the board will consider a 30 cents per hour pay increase to all classified staff. In a few cases some employees will get a little more as the district tries to fall in line with school districts of like size when it comes to payroll.
Tonight’s meeting of the Nickerson USD 309 School Board begins at 7 p.m. at the district offices located near Fun Valley.
