HUTCHINSON , Kan—The victim takes the stand in the trial of Jordan LeShore. Le Shore is being tried for the beating and stabbing of Jeffery Payne.
On the stand, Payne told of the night of the incident, February 18th, and how he went to the LeShor’s home to confront the defendants brother, Joseph LeShore, because he had stole some marijuana from him at gun point.
