HUTCHINSON, Kan —The trial for one of six defendant’s charged with attempted murder and other felonies, is under way in Reno County District Court.
Jordon LeShore is charged with attempted first degree murder, two counts of aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated burglary. He along with the other Joseph LeShore, Sean Mendoza, Desmond Cantu, Troy Bell and John Cantu are accused of physically assaulting Jeffery Payne.
The men broke into Payne’s home and physically attacked and stabbed him numerous times in the leg and torso, because they though the victim had a physical altercation with LeShore’s mother.
