While Hutchinson Police were called to investigate allegations against one brother, they managed to make contact with both leading to them both being arrested.
33-year-old Raymon Hunter is jailed on a 5-thousand dollar bond for two counts of violation of a protection order, battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He at some earlier date went to his ex-girlfriends residence reportedly to get some of his stuff and her new boyfriend was apparently there and wasn’t going to let him take anything from the property, so Hunter allegedly pulled a knife and threatened the boyfriend. The boyfriend then allegedly struck hunter with some outside gardening tool such as a rake or shovel.
He then apparently made some sort of contact with the ex-girlfriend again which led to him being arrested.
Apparently when they went to his home, his twin brother, 33-year-old Damon Hunter was there and had warrants. He was arrested for failure to appear in court and is also listed as an absconder from community corrections for a drug conviction. His bond set at 20-thousand dollars.
Both men have had plenty of scrapes with the law over the years. Raymon Hunter has convictions for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Damon Hunter has convictions for possession of drugs, disorderly conduct and domestic battery.
