An 81-year-old Butler County man was taken to the hospital after a two vehicle accident in Hutchinson Wednesday afternoon.
Police report that Ronald Watts of Augusta was attempting to make a left turn at the intersection of 17th & Lorraine when he pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle driven by 53-year-old Janice Stewart.
Watts was taken by Reno County EMS to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment because of being confused. Stewart was not injured. Watts was also cited for making an improper left turn.
The accident occurring just after 1:30 p-m.
