McPherson Police are investigating a possible homicide in that city. Shortly before 7:30 a-m, Thursday morning, police responded to a citizen report of a suspicious item in the 400 Block of West Woodside. When they arrived, officers discovered the body of an unidentified male caucasian approximately 20-30 years of age.
The unattended death is being treated as suspicious and the investigation is on-going. Currently, the identity of the individual and cause of death is unknown.
