Police are investigating some stolen vehicle reports in the city. The first was reported around 12:40 p-m, on Tuesday where an employee of Riverside Enterprise 1525 W 4th, reported that someone took a gray 2004 Chevy Silverado. A 67-year-old man says someone drove the stolen vehicle through his field and cut his fence at 2nd and Hendricks.
The next report comes from a 67-year-old Overland Park man who says his red and white Dodge pickup bearing a Johnson County tag number of 492-ETY was taken while it parked at a local motel at 24 West 4 th. He made the report to police around 10:15 a-m, Wednesday morning.
On Monday, a Sterling woman reported that she was battered and then her red 1997 Chevy Blazer was stolen while she was at a local club in the 1800 block of North Plum.
No arrest have been made in any of these cases.
