An 18-year-old Hutchinson woman was arrested over the weekend after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in the knee.
This occurring at a home at 702 North Adams around 2:17 p-m, Saturday afternoon. Mahrya Scaglione was charged with reckless aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no tax stamp. There was allegedly 48-grams of marijuana found in the home.
An ambulance was called to the scene, but its unclear if 18-year-old Travis Donaldson was transported to the hospital. He must be okay, because he was also arrested on marijuana charges. Charges he faces includes possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and no tax stamp.
His bond set at 2-thousand dollars. Bond in the case against Staglione was set at 18-thousand, 500-dollars and both remained jailed late Monday afternoon.
Both should be back in court Wednesday, once the state files formal charges.
