The next case occurred in the same time frame when between June 10 and June 13, 2013, he is accused of felony theft for stealing a camera and lens and then again making false information on a pawn ticket. The theft case rises to a felony because of two or more prior convictions.
Bohannan has a felony conviction for drugs that goes back to 2005. He was discharged from that case in 2008. However, the state says he has prior misdemeanor theft convictions.
The state did consolidate the cases into one according Senior Assistant District Attorney Steve Maxwell. Sentencing will come up next month.
