A 40-year-old Hutchinson man arrested for forgery, criminal use of a financial card, interference with law enforcement, theft, two counts of theft by deception, burglary of a dwelling and using a drivers license that wasn’t his, faces trial after he was bound over on the charges Wednesday.
Albert Treece is accused of stealing from the Game On at 1500 East 11th, in Hutchinson, but also committing a burglary of a local home and stealing from that home. He apparently tangled with a Hutchinson Police Officer resulting in him being tased at the time of his arrest.
Judge Joe McCarville found there was probable cause for the case to proceed to arraignment which will be on Monday.
