A non-injury accident didn’t turn out so good for a Hutchinson man during the noon hour on Friday.
Police were called to work the accident in the 300 block of North Adams. They discovered that 50-year-old Matthew Gumble had struck a utility pole with his vehicle at that location. He was allegedly intoxicated at the time, but also allegedly had drugs in his possession.
He was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of K-2, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Bond in the case set at 10-thousand, 500-dollars and unless he makes that bond, should make a first appearance on the charges on Monday.
